Natasha’s expertise in corporate finance, strategy & treasury spans over 18 years. She has extensive experience in managing investments, corporate restructuring, and strategy development & implementation.

As Head of Corporate Finance, Strategy & Treasury at MAS Holdings for 10 years, she handled M&A, Restructuring, Treasury, Strategy Development & Performance Management across the group and has developed expertise across the Corporate Finance arena, in particular from an industry perspective.

Key Responsibilities

At TWC, Natasha is responsible for leveraging her knowledge of private sector and finance to leverage private sector engagement for the USAID Climate Adaptation Project.  

Additionally, Natasha supports any M&A, Strategy development activities of TWC leveraging her past experience and network.

Professional Background

At MAS Holdings, working alongside the Group Finance Director, Natasha has led investments, divestments, and private equity and venture capital investments across the entire group. Her cross-border transaction experience spans USA, Canada, the UK, Honduras, Jordan, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka with a cumulative transaction value exceeding USD 500 million.  

She was part of the Group Capital Investment committee in reviewing and approving all capital expenditures across the group along with the group CFO and COO. 

Natasha led the central performance management team setting budget targets and directing automation in systems and processes. Working with the board, leadership and global strategy consultants, she developed and deployed the group’s long-range strategy across 20+ companies. In addition to managing the group’s debt structuring, she led the team that restructured the global organisation structure. 

Prior to MAS Holdings, she worked at JP Morgan Investment Bank in London for 4 years in the FX Markets, having joined them on the graduate training program directly recruited after university. 

Educational Background

Natasha holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics from the Imperial College, London.
